The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Mongolia, Mr. Helmut Kulitz, and Mr. Udo Weber (Head of Cooperation, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ulaanbaatar) visited and reviewed the results, highlights, and milestones of the project “Conservation of Ecosystem Services through Waste Management in Khuvsgul National Park in Northern Mongolia,” implemented from 2020 to 2024. We also introduced our ongoing initiatives related to the new project, “UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Khuvsgul Lake – Income Generation for Nomadic Herding Communities through Sustainable Tourism,” which will be implemented from 2024 to 2028.
