Within the framework of our NGO’s project “UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Khuvsgul Lake –Income generation of nomadic herding communities through sustainable tourism” a training was organized to improve local waste management practices.
Staff members from four tourist camps operating around Lake Hovsgol – Khuvsgul Eco Tour, Khuvsgul Sant Resort, Leona Resort, and Khuvsgul Dalai – actively participated in the “Nature Conservation, Ecology, and Waste Management” training.
The sessions provided detailed information on waste management practices and introduced practical approaches for implementing environmentally friendly and ecologically responsible operations in the tourism sector.
